Refund Policy

1. Subscription Terms & Cancellation

Monthly software subscriptions ($49/mo) provide immediate cloud platform access and are non-refundable once billed. To avoid being charged for a subsequent billing cycle, you can easily cancel at any time prior to your next renewal date via your self-service Stripe billing portal.

2. Self-Service Billing Management

When you subscribe to Gold Snipers Cloud, you receive access to your personal Stripe billing customer portal where you can:

• View past invoices and payment receipts.
• Update payment methods or billing information.
• Cancel your subscription with one click to prevent future renewals.

3. Broker-Sponsored Accounts (Deposit & Trade — $0 Upfront)

If you access Gold Snipers through our official partner broker (TradeQuo) via the Deposit & Trade option:

• No Software Fee to Refund: Because broker-sponsored accounts carry a $0 upfront software fee, there is no software purchase transaction with Gold Snipers to refund.
• Your Capital Remains 100% Yours: Your deposited trading capital is held directly by our partner broker (TradeQuo) in your own segregated account. Gold Snipers never holds or manages your funds. You may withdraw your available balance directly from your broker at any time via their client portal.

4. Trading Losses Are Non-Refundable

Gold Snipers is an automated execution software tool, not an asset manager or financial advisor. All market transactions and trading losses resulting from market volatility, broker execution, or user configuration are strictly non-refundable.

5. MetaTrader API Connectivity Fees

Each Cloud plan includes one terminal slot: one live slot with the $49/month plan, or one demo slot for 7 days with broker-sponsored access. Additional MetaTrader API slot fees ($10/month per live account and $5/month per demo account) cover dedicated cloud terminal server infrastructure and are non-refundable once activated for the billing period.
