Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
• You purchased directly from Gold Snipers (goldsnipersbot.com or an authorized reseller).

How to Request a Refund

• Contact us via Telegram Support with your purchase email and order reference.
• We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What Happens After a Refund

• Your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to the Software.
• You must uninstall the Expert Advisor from MetaTrader 5 and remove the Desktop Bridge from your system.
• You may not continue using any version of the Software after receiving a refund.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable as you have received perpetual access to the Software and all future updates.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be honored. This policy applies equally to all plan tiers (Starter, Pro, and Expert). Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund may result in license termination.
