Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
• You purchased directly from Gold Snipers (goldsnipersbot.com or an authorized reseller).

How to Request a Refund

• Contact us via Telegram Support with your purchase email and order reference.
• We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What Happens After a Refund

• Your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to the Software.
• You must uninstall the Expert Advisor from MetaTrader 5 and remove the Desktop Bridge from your system.
• You may not continue using any version of the Software after receiving a refund.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable as you have received perpetual access to the Software and all future updates.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be honored. This policy applies equally to all plan tiers (Starter, Pro, and Developer). Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund may result in license termination.
