Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Gold Snipers Expert Advisor, Desktop Bridge, and Analytics Dashboard ("the Software") on the number of MetaTrader 5 accounts specified by your chosen plan tier.
You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or share your license key with any third party. The license is for personal use unless you hold a Developer Pass, which permits commercial use including client management.

The Software, including its source code, algorithms, user interface, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Gold Snipers. You receive a license to use the Software — not ownership of the underlying code. All trademarks, logos, and branding are the property of Gold Snipers and may not be used without written permission.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Trading Disclaimer: Trading financial instruments, including Gold (XAUUSD) and CFDs on margin, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any automated strategy is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Snipers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or trading losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Software integrates with third-party services including MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes), Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC), and our payment processor. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
All plans include access to Software updates and community support via our Telegram channel. We do not guarantee specific response times for support inquiries. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies. Lifetime license holders retain access to the last version received at the time of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
